Many Syrians are heading towards the country’s border with Turkey for safety, but hospitals and other services are overwhelmed. The Syrian government-led alliance now holds the majority of power in the north. But the opposition is fighting to keep control of the border town of Azaz – a key front for its survival in Aleppo province.
