During the fiscal year ended October 31, 2008, BMO completed the acquisition of Pyrford International plc, (Pyrford International), Ozaukee Bank, Merchants and Manufacturers Bancorporation, Inc., Griffin, Kubik, Stephens and Thompson Inc.
