About John D. Zechner

John is the Chairman and Chief Investment Officer of J. Zechner Associates, Inc. John entered the business in 1983 as a portfolio manager. In 1993, he formed his own firm, J. Zechner Associates, Inc. to manage investments for institutions and individuals. The company has continued to grow and today has fifteen employees and manages over $2.5 billion in assets, primarily in fixed income and Canadian equity.     He received a Masters Degree in Economics from the University of Western Ontario in 1980, as well as his CFA designation in 1984.   John appears regularly on Report on Business Television.
