About Mr. David M. Cockfield

Prior to joining the firm, David had spent 20 years as President and Director of another investment counselling firm. David began his career at the Bank of Canada before moving on to become the head of the Investment Division of one of Canada’s largest trust companies.

David is a member of The Toronto Society of Financial Analysts and holds the designation of Chartered Financial Analyst. He has twice been a director of the society. He has also been active in the Investment Counsel Association of Canada serving on the Executive in various capacities including a term as president.
